BVN Donovan Hill

From 1997 to 1999 a series of mergers between Bligh Voller Architects, Lawrence Nield and Partners Australia, Grose Bradley and Pels Innes Nielson, and Kosloff BVN formed Bligh Voller Nield, which was renamed as BVN Architecture in 2009. Then, in 2012, BVN Architecture merged with Brian Donovan and Timothy Hill’s Donovan Hill to establish BVN Donovan Hill.

ConocoPhillips

A rich and eventful past precedes the merger that produced ConocoPhillips in 2002, with the oldest ancestor company, Continental Oil and Transport Co., being formed on Nov 25, 1875; this would developed over time to become Conoco. The second parent company was established in 1917, Phillips Petroleum Company, by Frank and L.E. Phillips, brothers who set up shop in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
